Senior Marketing Executive - Part Time - 2.5 days / week

What you’ll spend your time doing:

Marketing

Marketing Strategy - Collaboratively own and manage the marketing plan which includes providing reporting, insights and recommendations to senior managementComplete monthly social analytics including newsletter, linkedin, website insights, and weekly newsletter insights.

Website Development - Competitor research, ensuring our website is best in class and up to date, coordinating with the developer, copywriter and designer.

Digital Content - Leading on tambo content creation + planning, competitor research, reviewing performance. Collating and researching news articles for our weekly newsletter

Outreach - co-ordinating outreach campaigns and supporting lead generation to make new contacts with prospect brands and organisations.

Owner of the “Tambo Voice” - leading on how the public see Tambo, whether that’s on our linkedin, our weekly newsletter, website or any other public domain. Keeping the communication active, consistent and informative.


Events & Webinars - External Event organisation, Idea generation, reporting on results, working alongside our operations executive who will be responsible for coordination and execution.

Compass Marketing - Working with our marketing lead & sales manager of Tambo Compass to collaborate on marketing for Tambo Compass. Completing weekly Tambo Compass analytics, leading weekly meetings and managing key actions for the team.

Internal Marketing assets - Supporting on the development of case studies and credentials to arm our sales teams with the assets to sell our business.

About you

  • Highly organised

  • E-Commerce Marketing Experience (1 - 2 Yr Minimum)

  • Event Organisation experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Eager to learn

  • Excited about being part of a fast paced agency

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Strong computer skills, proficient in the use of Google Workspace & Microsoft suite including Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Experience of Hubspot desirable

  • Desired knowledge of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator

  • A team player attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2yr working in e-commerce marketing.

  • A Marketing / Business degree.

  • Hubspot & Cognism experience preferred
