Luzern is looking to hire a dynamic Project Manager to join our eCommerce Team. This role will offer a variety of opportunities to get exposure to an array of digital projects including end to end website builds for leading brands, system integrations, internal platform enhancements & many more.

This position will support a dynamic and fast paced eCommerce team to deliver a high-quality results for all projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high quality, innovative projects, enjoys being part of a team, and is confident leading large-scale projects.

As a Project manager at Luzern you will:

• Lead the execution & delivery of a variety of external client & internal digital projects
• Become an expert in in all project aspects for an End-to-End eCommerce solution through a variety of project types.
• Develop and enhance strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to define & execute projects
• Champion projects end to end from scoping, project plan creation & management, milestone & client management, project launch, handover & project analysis.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies & change control to ensure delivery of project results within the agreed scope
• Provide highly effective communications & stakeholder management throughout the course of all projects
• Own multiple projects simultaneously and be accountable for project prioritisation
• Effectively drive projects through the support of cross functional internal teams: engineering, finance, operations, customer service, account managers
• Become knowledgeable with Luzern’s Platform and other eCommerce platforms.
• Facilitate cross learning’s between the project team, supporting colleagues and peers to help achieve overall digital goals

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years work experience in Project Management role, ideally eCommerce but not essential
• Project Management Qualifications
• Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
• Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project Plan tools
• Experience of eCommerce Platforms is advantageous but not essential
