This is a great opportunity to work, in arguably the most exciting area of e-commerce, with world leading brands (e.g. GHD, Lily’s Kitchen and Next to name a few) to help them grow sales both in the UK and internationally.
After an influx of new clients, we are looking for a Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager to lead on some of our key clients. Reporting to an associate director, you will be responsible for strategy development and management of the day-to-day operations for multiple high-profile clients on primarily the Amazon marketplace.
The Senior Marketplace Manager will lead and manage the full account lifecycle including project scope, client requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment and post deployment operation and as such must possess a thorough understanding of E-Commerce & marketplace industry trends.
You will be an integral part of the start-up team, bringing new ideas and expertise that helps build the platform at a key stage in our development.
Skills & Experience required
We are looking for passionate and skilled candidates with 3+ years’ experience with Amazon Seller/ Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising (AMS). You should be data led and confident in translating data into clearly communicated insights and appropriate actions. Both agency or National Account management backgrounds will be considered. You should have proven success with delivering strategic growth plans, possess good communication/ presentation skills and commercial acumen. People management experience would also be beneficial.
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
Background inAmazon Marketplace either brand or agency side
Experience using analytical tools (Excel, Google Analytics)
Strong commercial awareness and approach
Analytical skills and high computer literacy, with ability to learn new systems
Previous experience in a related client or National Account facing role
Confidence in communicating to both internal and external stakeholders/ clients at a senior level
Demonstrable ability to think on your feet and make smart decisions in the interest of our clients and our business
Planning, prioritisation and time-management skills
Project management and delegation
Experience in managing and organising data assets
Experience in preparing content for use on e-commerce platforms
Confident in using 3P Amazon analytics tools such as Helium 10, Keepa etc.
People management skills
Experience with other marketplaces such as ebay, Allegro, Walmart, TikTok

Responsibilities will include:
Managing client relationships, deliverables, and daily operations
Analyzing account performance , market behaviors on Amazon using proprietary and third-party tools and optimizing accounts
Developing and implementing workplans, action plans, and commercial reviews
Monitoring account performance and providing operational support
Researching and executing advertising strategies, managing campaigns
Producing and presenting insight led reports and review documentation
Developing and implementing content assets
Leading, mentoring, and supporting team members / clients
Collaborating internally to negotiate and plan project deliverables
Serving as an industry expert for Amazon and marketplaces
Supporting broader business initiatives
