The Role:

After a stellar year of growth, we're on the lookout for a passionate Senior Marketplace Executive to join our dynamic London-based team.

Reporting to the Marketplace Manager, you'll support the day-to-day operations for multiple high-profile clients across various marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon. You’ll be integral to the account lifecycle, from project scope and client requirements to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-deployment operations. A keen understanding of e-commerce and marketplace industry trends is essential.

Skills & Experience Required:

We're seeking dedicated and driven candidates with a genuine passion for e-commerce and advertising. The ideal candidate will have:


  • 1+ years of experience using Amazon Vendor or Seller.
  • Excellent written English with strong attention to detail.
  • A keen interest in e-commerce.
  • Competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and high computer literacy.
  • Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders/clients.
  • Ability to think on your feet and make smart decisions.
  • Effective planning, prioritisation, and time-management skills.


  • Agency or brand-side Amazon account management experience.
  • Experience in preparing content for e-commerce platforms.
  • Understanding and experience of selling on other marketplaces.

Marketplace Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketplace Managers in managing relationships, deliverables, and daily operations for multiple clients, and manage your own accounts once established in the role.
  • Analyse account performance and market behaviours to identify opportunities, optimise, and grow accounts.
  • Maintain the brand’s Amazon catalogues.
  • Assist in creating and delivering commercial reviews (e.g., product assortment, profitability).
  • Monitor account health and provide operational support to clients.
  • Produce and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and review documentation.
  • Research, set up, and optimise advertising campaigns (AMS).
  • Use proprietary and third-party tools to research and analyse a brand’s performance on Amazon (and other marketplaces).
  • Generate category and brand insights to inform the preparation of Tambo’s Performance Reports.
  • Support broader business initiatives.
