The Role
After a fantastic year of growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team and work on some really exciting work streams. We want someone who is eager to work on a fast-paced and growing team, within a constantly evolving industry. The role will support two Senior Leaders, and report into our people operations manager.
This is a fantastic job for someone who is hands-on and likes a busy, rewarding and challenging role, in a fun and friendly environment. You must have excellent communication and organisation skills, attention to detail and be used to working under pressure. The role requires someone who is proactive, innovative and who is looking for a dynamic and varied role.
What you’ll spend your time doing
Events & Marketing - Event organisation, building marketing collateral, Tambo socials, updating website, internal communications.
Preparation - Internal update decks, meetings, client presentations and proposals, new business research, agenda preparation.
Logistics - Travel arrangements, client entertainment, office management.
Administration - Financial Administration e.g expense reports, Candidate Prospecting and collation, managing internal office systems.
Prioritisation - Diary management, pivoting work load depending on business needs.
You’ll also need to manage your own time to determine how to most effectively support the team, and how to prioritise their different needs. There will also be opportunities to get involved in project work and other initiatives across the business that interest you.

Qualifications
Business related degree or relevant work experience.
